Endorsing Engen’s unchallenged brand leadership and market strength in the South African fuel industry, consumers have backed the company as their favorite fuel service station in the country, for a record breaking seventh successive year.
Engen was credited with the tribute in the Sunday Times Top Brands survey. Brands that have earned top consumer sentiment in South Africa over the past 12 months are acknowledged by the award.
The company’s constant innovation and customer service focus have placed it ahead of the pack in brand recognition and loyalty across all audiences, in addition to having the largest fuel service station footprint in South Africa, operating over 1 000 sites.

Engen recently launched a new advanced energy formula, Engen Primax Unleaded, in order to remain on at the forefront of fuel technology, which was in answer to motorists’ calls for fuel that provides both superior performance and fuel economy.
