The ‘Fresh Corner’ concept has been introduced by MOL in 45 of the 65 fuel service stations, which offers customers fresh and healthy food. The Fresh Summer assortment will vary, depending on the fuel service station.
"We see how important healthy food has become for all of us, so the inclusion in the Fresh Corner, food such as salads, fruit juices freshly squeezed, ribs purchased from farms in Satu Mare cooked sous-vide. For example, now the trend in cooking is to use less bread sandwiches, important is the content. So the offer in Fresh Summer, baguette bread has been replaced with a light croissant. The result Croissant sandwich filled with salmon or goat cheese. Our goal is to prepare all gastro taking into account the particularities of each season, thus meeting a more demanding customer, "said Levente BORVIZ, Retail Sales & Marketing Manager of MOL Romania.
Products available at the Fresh Corner are made from quality ingredients that the company seeks to acquire, from local producers, where available.
Customers are offered more than 20 kinds of coffee, in low-fat or decaf, at Fresh Corner, in addition to seasonal demand. Launched by MOL Group two years ago, Fresh Corner is a project which gives more importance to gastronomy and shopping for the home.
