Mexico: Shell & SIMSA Join Forces To Build 5 Fuel Service Stations

Shell Mexico and the SIMSA Group has decided to work jointly in the start-up of the first of five service stations that set up in Torreón

Shell already has 43 thousand fuel service stations in the world. CEO of Shell Mexico, Alberto de la Fuente said, "This is the first fuel service station that we are already operating in Torreón, but there will be five at the end of May. Our challenge is to replicate the model we have already had in 43 thousand fuel service stations around the world, the quality and performance of our product supports us. The engines of the cars in Torreón will feel that change with our additives. The specialists (referring to the workers who will be in charge of the stations), will provide comprehensive attention to our customers."

He reiterated about entering seriously in the market. “We are going to compete seriously in the Mexican market, which we reached in September 2017, and we have been consolidating in a very important way. In the case of Shell, more than weighing up the price, we will have to see the performance.” PWKD16052018
