Hectronic Vertriebs- und Service GmbH has acquired the filling technology and on-street parking system divisions of Kienzle Argo GmbH.
Kienzle Argo GmbH’s three staff will continue to be employed in the Berlin branch of HectronicVertriebs- und Service GmbH.
Focusing on the sale and servicing of devices and systems in the automotive industry, Kienzle Argo GmbH has been active as a sales partner for Hectonic in Berlin and the new federal states for many years. Kienzle Argo, with the acquisition by Hectronic, completely withdraws from both system areas.
Maintenance and service contracts, which are existing customer contracts, have been flawlesslytaken over by Hectronic, which includes the parking space management of the Berlin districts, Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf, Tempelhof-Schöneberg, Steglitz-Zehlendorf and Spandau with over 1,500 parking ticket machines. The tender in Berlin Friedrichshain-Kreuzberg was recently won with another nearly 300 machines, in addition to parking space management in the aforementioned districts.
Andreas Daubitz, Branch Manager of VSG Ost, said, “From now on, we are no longer just a supplier, support provider and service provider, but in order to be able to offer our customers a complete range of services for on-street parking, we also have comprehensive expertise in the field of parking management. A correct and, above all, future-oriented step, in which we see ourselves in an excellent position.”
The Hectronic subsidiary is further expanding its presence, with the acquisition of both system areas. Concentrated expertise is available, with a total of 25 members of staff at four locations – Oberhausen, Bremen, Berlin, Leipzig, which will also serve customers in the future of parking management.
